The New-Humans Fitness Program Diet is based on the rule, "Eat Nothing that has Eyes." Spinach, fruits, nuts and cereals are our daily fare making this is an extraordinarily effective diet, however, there is one essential ingredient that needs attention, i.e. Vitamin B-12.
Vitamin B-12, a bacterial product, cannot be obtained from fruits. According to the U.S. National Institutes of Health "natural food sources of vitamin B12 are limited to foods that come from animals." Source 
Vitamin B-12 deficiency is serious and it "can cause permanent damage to nervous tissue if left untreated longer than 6 months."  Source
