Spirit/Body Sculpting Stick Exercises to Lose Weight Fast!



This simple exercise device is the single most important tool that I have found to lose serious weight fast.  You can use it to actually sculpt the fat off of your stomach in weeks, not months. 


New-Humans Stick Exercises are very fast-paced! No slow swinging, arcing, or posing involved.  Twist as fast as possible. You will notice that the antagonistic muscles in your chest and arms automatically slow the stick rotation before it hits the tendon and joint limits.  This means that each set of muscles is contracting on each rotation--burning more fat fuel.

There are only four main stick exercise variations Two of the exercises require a bench or stool for support.  You can purchase a great bench from Amazon in the post below.  My rep counts are in (  ) for the first of three fast paced sessions.  I do three sets interspersed with weight lifting every day.  The Spirit/Body Stick cuts away the fat.  The weights add muscle.

Make sure that you work your way up gradually.  Stop if your back or shoulders feel strained.  If you have a "bad" back or shoulder problems, consult your physician before hand. If you keep your abdomen clenched tight you will also reap the additional benefits of the physical contact as the muscle cells interact with the stored fat deposits and are flushed away by blood system.

Exercise 1  Standing Horizontal Stick Twist
Standing, toes angled towards one another.
Rapidly swing stick horizontally.
(100 reps)



Exercise 2  Standing Vertical Stick Twist
Seated, toes angled towards one another.
Rapidly swing stick horizontally from side to side.
(100 reps)


Exercise 3  Seated Horizontal Stick Twist
Seated, toes angled towards one another.
Rapidly swing stick horizontally from side to side.
(100 reps)



Exercise 4  Seated Vertical Stick Twist
Seated, toes angled towards one another.
Rapidly swing stick vertically from side to side just like in  the first exercise,  but seated.
